What makes our towels so special is the thickness of pile which allows a maximum absorbency and comfort, combining softness and dryness. They slide gently over skin, absorbing dampness in seconds as well as drying themselves miraculously fast ready for your next shower.
Our towels are made of premium Egyptian cotton using only long-yarns and edged in 100% cotton bias. They are manufactured and finished in Italy with environmentally conscious techniques without harmful chemicals. Certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
The elegant scalloped edges can be bound in 5 different colours of bias woven in high thread count percale which ensures durability and softness.
The 800gr Terry is available in white and ivory and is extremely thick and durable for all climates.
The 550gr cotton towelling is less heavy but equally soft and absorbent - perfect for hot climates or boats. It is finished with a more contemporary straight or undulated edge and is available in many colours of towelling with certified colourfastness - they are indanthrene (IDH) which means they are stable to light, atmospheric agents and washing powders.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep separate whites, lights and dark colours in the washing cycle and do not mix your cotton towels with synthetic fabrics or with items that could pull or tear the Terry loops (like zippers or hooks).
A first wash is also recommended for your new towels. It will help to break them in which makes them softer and more absorbent. This is also an important first step to set the colours and stability of the weave. Run a washing cycle at low temperature using just a small amount of non-biological detergent. Finally, rinse in cold water. You can use a touch of white vinegar in the final rinse. This will further prevent colour fading and soap build up, leaving your towels brilliant, fresh and absorbent. Finally, hang or tumble dry on low to medium heat without overloading the machine, as air needs to circulate so that the pile can regain its fluffiness.
Never mix colours with whites. Check that the soap you use with colours does not contain bleach. The delicate pile of the towelling gets damaged by excessive heat so it is crucial not to wash your towels at very high temperatures. All white towels can be washed at 60C and all other towels at 40C as excessive heat damages colours too.
It is particularly important with towels not to use fabric softener since it decreases the absorbency. Several washes are required for 100% cotton Terry towels to achieve their maximum absorbency, softness and fluff. Never tumble dry higher than 30C. It is always better to spin dry than tumble dry your towels.
Never pour detergents directly onto your towels and never use detergents using alkalis. We do not recommend chlorine bleach as this tends to yellow and weaken the towelling. If necessary, use oxygen based bleach.
